WARRANTY INFORMATION

Your home is covered by a 1-2-10 warranty. Please read the warranty info supplied by J.C. Homes, Inc. You have the integrity of J. C. Homes, Inc. to help you with warranty issues. Please contact our Service Rep.

How your warranty works:

1. Warranty Info
     1-Year Cosmetic Warranty
     2-Year Mechanical Warranty
     10-Year Structural Warranty

2. Pre-Closing & Walk-Thru

The 30-Day Warranty is only for items that require immediate attention, in order to avoid more complicated warranty items. Please keep a separate record for any small warranty issues (example: a nail pop) found within the first year. Approximately 11 months after your closing, call J.C. Homes, Inc. regarding your 1-Year Warranty.

We are not able to come to your home every time there is a small warranty item. Should a major warranty item occur, we expect you to call us immediately. Our Service Manager works the hours of 8:00-4:30, Monday through Friday. Should a major item quit working on the weekend and you cannot reach our Service Manager, you should contact an appropriate subcontractor in your area to repair that item. Contact our office the next working day.
